This site was created as a way of helping me to help myself. I have chronic mental health conditions – anxiety and clinical depression – which I have been trying to manage over the last few years. I’m still in the midst of this management but I’m happy to say that I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel – or the light through the doughnut hole, which might be a little more apt here.
I know I am not alone. I have met many people with similar conditions along the way: on the internet, at talks, at work, in my friendship group, at therapy and at hospital. We are all so very different, but all so very similar.
